삼성채용과 함께 취업준비생들의 눈높이 설문이 눈길을 끈다.

삼성그룹은 4000여명 규모의 하반기 공채를 실시한다. 삼성은 채용사이트를 통해 13일 오전 직무적성검사(GSAT) 일정과 고사장을 발표했다. 하반기에는 직무적합성평가를 통과해야만GSAT에 응시할 수 있다. 

한편 취업준비생들이 생각하는 자신의 눈높이는 4년 전 대비 급격히 하락했음에도 불구하고 구직활동 평균기간은 오히려 늘어나고 있는 것으로 확인됐다. 
  
취업검색엔진 잡서치가 취업전문포털 파인드잡(www.findjob.co.kr)과 공동으로 미취업 상태인 2·30대 대졸 남녀 786명을 대상으로 '취업준비생 미취업자 현황' 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 취준생들의 구직 눈높이는 2011년 대비 3배 낮아지고 1년 이상 장기구직자는 1.6배 늘어난 것으로 나타났다.
  
이는 응답자들이 스스로 생각하는 미취업 이유를 분석한 결과로서, '나의 스펙이 부족하다'가 42.9%로 가장 높은 가운데, '하고 싶은 일을 찾지 못했다'(23%), '일자리가 적다'(18.3%), '내가 원하는 기업의 채용공고가 없다'(9.5%), '눈높이가 높다'(4.2%), '외모가 부족하다'(2%) 순인 것으로 나타났다. 
  
무엇보다 2011년 동일 설문과 비교하면 '눈높이가 높다'라는 응답이 4년 전 12.9%에서 올해 4.2%로 3배 이상(8.7%p) 감소한 것이 특징으로, 급격한 취업난에 따라 구직 눈높이를 크게 낮춘 것으로 확인됐다. 
  
반면 한껏 낮춘 눈높이에도 불구하고 구직활동 기간은 더 늘어나고 있는 것이 눈에 띈다.
  
응답자들이 구직활동을 시작한 기간은 '4개월 미만'이 52.5%로 절반에 이르렀고 '4~8개월 미만'(19.1%), '1년~2년 미만'(10.6%), '8개월~1년 미만'(9.9%) 순이었으며 '2년 이상'도 7.9% 있었다. 
  
2011년 동일조사와 비교하면 '4개월 미만'이 15.2%p 줄고, 반대로 1년 이상의 장기구직자가 1.6배(7.2%p) 늘어나 전반적으로 구직기간이 더 길어지고 있는 현상을 보였다.
  
이들의 현재 상태를 보면 '아르바이트를 하며 구직활동'을 하고 있는 비율이 34%로 가장 많았으며, '졸업 후 구직활동에만 전념하고 있다'(27%), '당분간 취업할 생각이 없고 알바로 생활하고 있다'(15.4%), '졸업을 미루고 구직준비 중이다'( 13.4%) 순이었다.
