Q2. Pick one of your favorite TV shows or movies and tell me about your favorite actor or actress in the show or movie. What kind of role does the actor or actress play in the show or movie?
Q3. Let’s talk about an interesting or memorable TV show or movie. What kind of show or movie was it? Who were your favorite actors or actresses? Why was it so memorable to you? Tell me about all the things you can remember about the memorable show or movie in as much detail as possible.

Q1. I’d like to give you a situation and ask you to act it out. Let’s imagine that you are planning to rent a DVD player in order to watch some movies. Call the shop and ask 3~4 questions about renting it.
Q2. I’m sorry, but you have a problem you need to resolve. You rent the DVD player and arrive at home, but you notice that it is not working properly. Call the shop to explain the situation and offer some alternatives to address this problem.
Q3. Very good. That’s the end of the situation. Have you ever experienced that there was a problem with an item or a device you borrowed or rent from someone? If so, when did it happen?
